Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Identify and secure partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor threats
- Drive culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
