Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional labs in prototyping quantum-encrypted sustainable systems
- Advise C-suite on AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-ergonomic interfaces
- Secure $10M+ in grants/funding for futuristic initiatives with DARPA and Horizon Europe
- Curate annual Future Horizons Summit with 500+ global thought leaders
- Mentor Gen Z innovators through our Future Founders accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on climate/AI/quantum convergence
- Fluency in 3+ languages including Mandarin, Arabic, and Python
- Portfolio of deployed future-tech products with 1M+ users
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified projects
