Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities for 2026+ market disruption
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized technologies
- Develop future-proof business models for exponential growth markets
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite stakeholders for strategic decision-making
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic labs and startups to accelerate R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with exponential growth
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., from foresight.org) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical scenarios
