Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI for future ventures
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-focused thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA preferred)
