- Develop comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps by synthesizing global tech trends, market shifts, and regulatory changes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for emerging industries (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate disruptive startups aligned with future vision
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven impact analysis
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 5-year strategic objectives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services that disrupted traditional markets
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or Technology Innovation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and ethical implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences and international forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) or relevant innovation methodology
