Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Vision and Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for future growth.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Establish partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
