Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI-driven productivity tools targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models tailored for complex enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, AI-augmented interfaces that reduce cognitive load.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment in sensitive work environments.
- Partner with product managers to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure our 2026 vision remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Product Management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production deployment.
- Deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, and vector databases.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred.
