Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive roadmap for organizational evolution, anticipating shifts in technology, labor markets, and employee expectations.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of AI and automation into daily workflows to enhance productivity while maintaining a human-centric approach.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze talent trends to forecast future skill gaps and develop robust recruitment and upskilling strategies.
- Hybrid & Remote Policy: Design flexible work models that maximize employee well-being and output for the post-pandemic era.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous learning and agility, encouraging teams to experiment with new tools and methodologies.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in organizational development, HR strategy, or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of AI, Web3, and emerging digital tools and their potential impact on the modern workplace.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans that align business goals with operational capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, SHRM-SCP, or similar strategic leadership certifications are a plus.
