Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Develop and execute comprehensive 3-5 year roadmaps for workforce evolution, specifically focusing on the integration of Generative AI and automation.
- Policy & Governance: Design ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for remote and hybrid work environments to ensure compliance and culture preservation.
- Change Management: Lead complex organizational transformations, guiding stakeholders through the cultural shifts required to adopt future-ready technologies.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global labor market shifts, policy changes, and technological advancements to provide actionable insights on future readiness.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate high-level workshops and seminars for C-suite executives to articulate the vision for 2026.
- Vendor Evaluation: Assess emerging tech platforms and tools that align with the future of work paradigm.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR Strategy, Organizational Development, or Tech Consulting.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI trends, Machine Learning concepts, and their direct impact on employment and workflow automation.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies and ROI models.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
