Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute the operational roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth targets.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Strategy, or Business Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of AI, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
