- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technology investments with business goals, ensuring maximum ROI and competitive advantage.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to upskill the workforce and manage cultural transitions required to adopt advanced futuristic technologies.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic partners and tech stacks that will sustain growth through the next decade.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, IT management, or futurism roles.
