Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain) to determine their viability for integration into core business processes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align long-term strategies with operational capabilities.
- Scenario Planning: Create detailed future-state scenarios to stress-test business models and build organizational resilience.
- Pilot Program Management: Lead the design and implementation of pilot programs for new technologies and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex strategic visions to diverse stakeholders through compelling presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
