Responsibilities

- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and security vulnerabilities in AI models, implementing robust mitigation strategies.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI and Quantum Computing interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and architect solutions that scale from prototype to production.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on new data.
