Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting the demands of 2026, including autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers and engineers in exploring emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Symbolic AI.
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate business goals into technical strategies, specifically focusing on the evolution of Web3 and Decentralized AI.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines and inference engines to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to integrate complex AI features into user-centric platforms seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt legacy systems to futuristic paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
