Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure and systems integration by 2026.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable machine learning models and deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, R&D) to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Predict emerging technology trends and integrate them into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team growth and agile methodologies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
