Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems design.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends and technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) and apply them to business solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
