What You Will Do:
- Lead the architectural vision for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging tech stacks.
- Design resilient, distributed systems capable of handling exascale data loads.
- Collaborate with R&D to pilot experimental technologies like neural interfaces and edge computing.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and select third-party technologies that align with long-term strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-level system designs for future-proof applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum, AI Agents).
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive technical decision-making in cross-functional product teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, and distributed systems design.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with or deep interest in quantum computing paradigms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
