Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the migration to future-ready infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic vision into actionable engineering projects.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats.
- Establish governance frameworks for innovation projects to maximize ROI and minimize risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical architecture, strategic planning, or product management.
- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP are highly desirable.
