Your Mission

You will define the roadmap for our voice search, semantic search, and visual search initiatives, ensuring our brand remains the undisputed leader in our industry.
Responsibilities
- Architect Semantic SEO Ecosystems: Design and implement comprehensive schema markup and structured data strategies to ensure rich snippets and voice search compatibility.
- AI-Driven Content Optimization: Leverage generative AI tools and large language models to scale content production while maintaining high-quality, user-centric narratives that rank on Page 1.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals, ensuring our digital infrastructure supports the speed and accuracy demanded by modern algorithms.
- Voice Search & Conversational Query Mastery: Develop strategies tailored for natural language processing (NLP) and voice-activated search, capturing the growing volume of hands-free queries.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of algorithm updates and competitor strategies to proactively adjust our SEO roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Train and mentor junior SEO analysts and content creators on emerging trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of driving organic growth for enterprise-level organizations in competitive markets.
- Advanced Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) to execute technical SEO audits and fixes.
- AI & NLP Expertise: Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools for keyword research, content generation, and predictive analytics.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term and adapt strategies to the rapidly evolving landscape of search technology.
