- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks by analyzing quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in augmented reality and sustainable tech
- Author annual Future State Reports for investors and regulatory bodies
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with universities and government labs
- Drive ESG strategy integration into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Published work on emerging tech impact (white papers, patents, or journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with quantum/AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech projections (NIST, WEF reports)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
