- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with operational execution
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical, environmental, and technological disruptions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies and adaptive leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures simulation platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
