- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitor roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Coordinate with international R hubs to align on future technology priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, tech innovation, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or projects
- Ability to obtain US government security clearance (preferred)
