Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision across quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' incubating moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AGI, quantum networks, climate tech)
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author industry thought leadership publications on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning with demonstrable impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
