Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps by synthesizing quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate AI trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping exponential technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, climate, and technological black swan events
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring exponential growth in emerging markets
- Partner with VCs to identify and acquire breakthrough startups in deep tech
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board members using immersive data visualization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven exponential technology deployment
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., causal layered analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- Published research on technological singularity or ethical AI governance
- Experience leading $50M+ innovation portfolios in regulated industries
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
