Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for 2030-scale networks
- Design human-AI collaborative systems with ethical governance protocols
- Lead development of decentralized identity solutions for Web4.0
- Optimize cross-reality (XR) infrastructure for metaverse scalability
- Establish AI safety benchmarks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Prototype neuromorphic computing interfaces for cognitive augmentation
- Integrate climate-positive technology into all system architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and distributed consensus
- Published research in AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with blockchain 3.0 protocols and zero-knowledge proofs
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable innovation
- Portfolio of deployed systems serving 1M+ users
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA)
