Responsibilities

- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems architecture that anticipates future technological shifts.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the R&D phase for emerging technologies, including quantum computing integration and advanced AI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and ethical AI.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or IT consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Futurism: Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
