Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant system architectures capable of handling exascale data processing for our 2026 AI roadmap.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into quantum algorithms and neural interface protocols, translating theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term innovation goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical implementation.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and architects on advanced system design patterns.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years leading high-level technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; proven experience with distributed systems, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
