Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management and UX teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee system security, compliance, and reliability standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and predictive modeling is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
