You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and practical, scalable software solutions, ensuring our platforms are resilient, intelligent, and future-ready.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable system architectures specifically tailored for 2026 and future technological paradigms, including edge computing and neural networks.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale distributed systems to ensure high availability and low latency under heavy loads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical requirements.
- R&D Prototyping: Spearhead the prototyping of experimental features, such as self-healing codebases and predictive maintenance systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong preference for experience in AI, Machine Learning infrastructure, or Robotics.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt systems to meet future demands.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-pressure environments.
