- Lead high-level architectural discussions with stakeholders, translating complex future trends into actionable engineering strategies.
- Oversee the research and development of prototype technologies aimed at solving 2026-era scalability challenges.
- Establish best practices for interoperability between legacy systems and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure technical feasibility aligns with market demands.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale systems under aggressive timelines.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with or demonstrated expertise in preparing systems for quantum computing integration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
