Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for Project 2026's core systems, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead technical strategy discussions to bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering.
- Optimize system performance for low-latency, high-throughput data processing across distributed networks.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify potential risks in system design and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of concurrent programming.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of distributed systems theory and data modeling.
