Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and own the technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and immersive computing to drive competitive advantage.
- Tech Forecasting: Analyze emerging technologies and predict their impact on the industry to inform long-term product development.
- AI Governance: Lead the implementation of ethical AI frameworks, ensuring compliance with future regulations and responsible innovation.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with engineering and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future technologies to executive leadership and investors with clarity and conviction.
- Incubation: Spearhead the creation of internal incubators for experimental technologies and pilot programs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in product strategy, technical consulting, or AI research, with a proven track record of anticipating industry trends.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current AI capabilities (LLMs, NLP) and a strong grasp of upcoming technologies like neuromorphic computing or edge AI.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation from concept to execution.
