Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Nexus Horizon, specifically focusing on the technological capabilities expected by 2026.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Advanced Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Web3 architectures.
- Develop and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents to ensure responsible innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems that can handle next-generation data loads and real-time AI inference.
- Mentor and grow a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and curiosity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning pipelines, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
