Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to define the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies such as advanced AI, quantum computing interfaces, and next-gen blockchain protocols to determine their viability for production use.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems that can handle the demands of the future web and IoT ecosystems.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and research projects focused on speculative technology and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors, partners, and the engineering team.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field, with a focus on future technologies.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively integrate them into architectural frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
