Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the company, focusing on innovations relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the research, development, and deployment of advanced AI models and generative algorithms into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to translate futuristic concepts into scalable engineering solutions.
- Architect high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Mentor and cultivate technical talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Spatial Computing) and determine their strategic value for the business.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and performance in future-proof codebases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
