Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technical initiatives that align with the company’s vision for the future.
- Lead Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research and development projects in next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-performance systems capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- Drive Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation within the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, ensuring best practices and high standards of code quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Futuristic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technology trends and integrate them into business strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on architectural resilience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
