Responsibilities
- Architect integrated systems combining quantum computing, AI, and sustainable energy solutions
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and carbon-neutral tech
- Present strategic technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to incubate spin-off technologies
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary future tech innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Expertise in sustainable technology design and circular economy principles
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams of 15+ professionals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
