Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and development of prototype technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Architect scalable systems that leverage emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Advanced AI.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to identify and evaluate disruptive tech trends before they hit the mainstream.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across all new projects.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Rust, Go, or TypeScript).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized systems is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about future-proofing systems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
