Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in future tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and AI/ML frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling infrastructure for 100M+ user systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience leading global distributed engineering teams
- Certification in quantum cryptography and neural network design
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development frameworks
