Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for 2026 digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance protocols
- Design sustainable tech infrastructure with zero-carbon footprint
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Translate future scenarios into technical roadmaps with clear milestones
- Partner with VCs to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic futures to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year impact cycles
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
