Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing, AI neural networks, and blockchain systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing 2026-ready prototypes and MVPs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5+ year transformation potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise and consumer markets
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology implementation standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record shipping production-level AI/quantum/blockchain systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience leading teams through technology adoption lifecycles (concept to commercialization)
- Published research in top-tier journals or conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native deployment architectures
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
