Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.

- Establish industry-leading standards for ethical AI, human-machine collaboration, and data privacy.
- Manage a cross-functional team of elite engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Systems Architecture, or Strategic R&D.
- Proven track record of leading high-level technical strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in neural networks, quantum algorithms, or next-gen computing architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and pivot strategies accordingly.
