- Design high-level architecture for scalable enterprise solutions that align with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business requirements.
- Oversee the migration strategy to modernize legacy systems and ensure zero downtime.
- Establish best practices for coding, security, and DevOps to drive operational excellence.
- Act as a technical thought leader, mentoring junior architects and engineers on innovation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of defining technology strategies for major digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and leading high-performance engineering teams.
