Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, distributed software systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- Technical Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision and strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term 2026 objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor a high-performing engineering team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neuromorphic computing) to enhance product capabilities.
- System Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize system architecture for performance, security, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and serverless computing.
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles and digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
