Role Overview
The Future Tech Architect will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application, ensuring our platforms are robust, scalable, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like generative AI and edge computing.
- Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive concurrency.
- Lead architectural reviews and make critical decisions regarding technology stacks, cloud providers, and data governance.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems theory, database design, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is a plus.
