Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying key trends such as advanced AI, quantum computing, and next-gen IoT for integration by 2026.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design robust, scalable system architectures that anticipate future market shifts and regulatory changes.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for disruptive technologies to assess feasibility and business impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business units to align technical innovation with corporate strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Build Future-Ready Teams: Mentor engineering teams on emerging methodologies and foster a culture of continuous innovation and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (8+ years) in software architecture or engineering leadership, with a specific focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Emerging Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of trends and technologies expected to mature by 2026, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
