Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, secure, and sustainable technology architectures that anticipate the demands of 2026 and the years following.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and advanced neural interfaces.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop long-term technical roadmaps that align with company goals, ensuring a seamless transition to next-gen technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex future concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Patent & Innovation Management: Identify, prototype, and file patents for novel technologies that give Nexus Horizon a competitive edge in the global market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field, with a strong focus on future-forward technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; PhD preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
