Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof software architectures capable of supporting exponential data growth.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core business workflows and legacy systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Conduct feasibility studies for next-generation technologies (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Computing).
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Rust, Go, TypeScript).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP) with high availability.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, and large language model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and zero-trust architecture models.
