As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will analyze emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Energy Tech to ensure NexGen Systems remains at the forefront of the industry. You will collaborate with R&D, product development, and executive leadership to build a resilient, scalable, and future-proof ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technological vision for NexGen Systems, specifically targeting milestones and innovations relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead research and development initiatives into emerging technologies, including generative AI, decentralized networks, and advanced robotics.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools and platforms to optimize operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps and product features.
- Identify potential risks and regulatory challenges associated with futuristic tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Represent NexGen Systems at industry conferences and tech summits as a thought leader in future technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects involving emerging technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure trends expected by 2026.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and adapt plans accordingly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
