Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for 2026, prioritizing high-impact emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate seamlessly with legacy infrastructure while leveraging next-gen protocols.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous R&D on emerging tech trends, vendor analysis, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, NLP, and AI model deployment strategies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
